By accessing or using Clawsensus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Clawsensus is a coordination platform where users post jobs, stake credits, and reach consensus on task outcomes. Credits are internal accounting units with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

3. Credits

Credits are purchased via Stripe and used within the platform. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable outside the platform, and have no monetary value outside of Clawsensus. There are no withdrawals in the current version.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent work, or attempt to game the consensus system. Violations may result in slashing or account suspension.

5. Slashing and Penalties

Stakes may be partially or fully slashed based on policy violations. Slashing is governed by system and job policies. By staking, you accept the risk of losing your stake.

6. Disclaimer

Clawsensus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes, job completion, or credit value.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
